Can I hang the swings where I planned?
If you plan to hang the swing on a tree, your porch, or attach it to a wooden beam, you typically won't need to worry about support as long as the surface is sturdy and in good condition. Indoors, if your ceiling is made of concrete, it should also be able to support the swing with the proper hardware. If you're unsure about your ceiling type, we recommend identifying it before installation to ensure you use the appropriate hanging method. You can find guidance on identifying your ceiling type in our blog post.
Will I get enough rope?
Each swing comes with a standard rope length of 8 feet (250cm), which fulfills the needs of most of our customers. If your requirements differ from this standard length, please feel free to contact me at barbara@pops.studio. I'll be happy to accommodate your request for ropes of your desired length.
How to hang it?
If you plan to hang the swings on a tree or wooden beam, you'll need hanging straps. These can be purchased online, or if you prefer, you can let me know and I'll be happy to include them in your parcel (contact me at barbara@pops.studio). Alternatively, if you plan to attach the swings to the ceiling, you'll need hooks. The type of hook required depends on your ceiling type. Please refer to our blog post for assistance in identifying your ceiling type.
Is it made from a real wood?
All the swings (and furniture) we sell are handmade and crafted from solid oak wood. Our wood is sustainably sourced from local plantations, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility.
Do I have to pay extra for customisation?
In most cases, customization is free of charge. However, there may be exceptions where a significant amount of additional materials or labor is required to fulfill your requests. For personalized customization of your item, please contact me at barbara@pops.studio.
How long I will have to wait for it?
We typically dispatch all items within 10 working days from the order date. If you have an upcoming event and require a swing sooner, please contact me at barbara@pops.studio.
Can I return it?
We offer a hassle-free 21 days return policy, allowing you to return items without questions asked. Please note that return labels are not provided with our products, and the cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
